At Bags for Breakfast, we aim to satisfy your fashion cravings with carefully curated vintage pieces, detailed listings, and premium service.
Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, cancellations, or order modifications once an order is placed.
Pre-loved condition & expectations
Pre-loved pieces are not “like new.” They are original items with history, and as such, minor wear is normal and to be expected.
“Condition” is inherently subjective — what feels “good” to one person might feel “well-worn” to another. That’s why we don’t use a simple condition rating system.
Instead, we rely on transparency and detail:
– We photograph every angle of each bag
– We include close-ups of flaws and notable details
– We provide a thorough description of condition, materials, and inclusions
We kindly ask that you review all images and descriptions thoroughly and contact us with any questions prior to purchase.
Shipping & Security Reminders
– Signature Confirmation: For your protection, a Signature at Delivery is required for high-value orders and is standard for most shipments. This ensures your investment is handed directly to you.
– Shipping Insurance:All orders are shipped with tracking. While we take every precaution in our packaging process, Bags for Breakfast is not liable for items once they have been marked as delivered by Canada Post.
– Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping and billing information. As stated above, we cannot modify shipping details once the verification process is complete and the order is staged for dispatch.
If you receive the wrong item or your bag differs from the listing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and resolve it.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for fraud and work with Shopify’s security tools to review all transactions. Please allow up to 48 hours for this verification process before your order is fulfilled.
