Where are the bags from?
Our inventory is sourced from various retailers in Japan, Lebanon, and Canada – all items are handpicked by our founder, Shay.
How do I know that my bag is authentic?
Every item we sell on our website we guarantee to be authentic. We are partnered with Entrupy – an AI-powered authentication system with nearly 100% accuracy. Each product automatically comes with it’s authentication certificate, for your peace of mind.
Can I return or exchange my bag?
All sales are final. Please see “Return Policy” for more details.
Why do you charge tax on second-hand goods?
Bags for Breakfast is a registered Canadian business based in British Columbia, and we are required to collect applicable sales taxes on all purchases — including pre-loved items.
The taxes you are charged are determined by your shipping destination and are automatically calculated at checkout.
Will I have to pay duties or import fees?
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend checking your country’s customs guidelines for more information.
Why is a signature required for my order?
Due to the high value of our items, all orders require a signature upon delivery. This additional security measure helps ensure your order is delivered directly into your hands and not left unattended.
How can I track my order?
All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please note that order fulfilment and shipping timelines are separate, and tracking will become active once your parcel has been scanned by the carrier.
Can I pick up my order?
Local pickup is available from our Olympic Village office. If you select pickup at checkout, you must email support@bagsforbreakfast.co to arrange a pickup time.
A valid photo ID will be required at pickup.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including but not limited to, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX
Do you offer layaway or installment payment options?
At this time, we do not offer layaway or installment payment options.
Will my bag come with its original dust bag?
As our items are pre-loved — and many are vintage, dating back 20+ years — they do not include their original dustbags.
To ensure your bag can be stored safely, each purchase includes a Bags for Breakfast dustbag, hand-sewn by our founder, Shay.
